Right Love, Wrong Time
Working with the magnificent Stuart Epps, producer to Led Zeppelin and Elton John, Erin Bloomer recorded her new single at just the right time, and we all love it. Spotify holds a listener count of over ¾ of a million! That's serious listening. So we know she's good, the only reason she's not signed yet is because she's the new kid. At only 16 the rest of us, like me, were learning how to do what she's doing totally naturally. More graceful that a duck, Erin has never-the-less taken to the water extremely well.
Smooth acoustic guitar and effected vocals open the track in a gentle intro. It shifts to a natural voice almost straight away, and as the mask is removed we can stand in awe of the beauty unveiled. Such clarity in the words and instant quick hits on each note in turn, Erin effortlessly spans the scope of the song. A bluesy undertone brings an RnB element to this majestic composition, dancing vocals sway over spellbinding beats and orchestrated fills. Through-out the guitar continues to absorb the pressure behind the emotive bursts to allow the song to drift in and out of existence in the space of about four minutes.
It won't be long before Erin Bloomer is on everyone's lips around the nation and beyond, this Sussex based songstress has only just to wave her wand and no-doubt the carriage will await.
