The 18 year-old prodigy has already gathered 30K followers and fans on TikTok alone. The previous original, called It's OK, was billed to support mental health charity. Now Jack Tiernan presents Insecure, which has been inspired by the sounds of Frank Ocean and Dermot Kennedy.


The music begins with an energetic acoustic guitar strum. Quick chords bounce across a poetic verse line which unravels with grace. Drums march in on a steady beat, the quick guitar filling the spaces as the slow sung vocals drizzle sauce over the solid and punchy rhythm. Meaningful words and introspective musings holler over the progression in emotional and catchy lines.
