When we rush around on the edge of anxiety, we don't give our brain enough time to fully appreciate what we're doing. Our preprogrammed responses work for us, we are on an auto-pilot. It's meant to be a short term solution to rare instances of stress, not the way we live day to day. So take it easy, think more, and don't let anyone rush you.

Just surround yourself with creativity and inspirational ideas. There are lots of books and things out there which don't use much creativity.
