The music begins with a pulsing bass. Poetic lyrics almost rap the first verse as a synthesiser begins to swell with melodic intent. 80S inspired synth-pop fills lift the music into its airspace as the progression builds up and washes down in neat and easy to remember sections. It's about the feeling of being unseen in the world, where people turn their gaze because what you are hurts them to much, the loneliness of being just one in a crowd of many. Keep your powder dry, a repeated line that to me says don't get wet. Be strong.
